Privacy Policy
The short version
Your Dataverse data never leaves your browser. The only personal data we ever receive is what you type into the optional email form.
How the analysis works
When you sign in with Microsoft, your browser receives an OAuth token scoped to your Dataverse environment. All storage queries run directly from your browser to your own Dataverse API using that token. The token is held in browser memory by the Microsoft Authentication Library and is never transmitted to our servers. We query aggregate file sizes and counts only — individual file names, contents, and record data are never read.
What we store
Nothing, by default. Analysis results exist only in your browser tab. Shareable report links encode the aggregate numbers into the URL itself — there is no database behind them. If you submit the email form, we store the details you provide (email, name, company) together with the aggregate storage figures shown on your dashboard, in Brevo (our email platform), to send you the report and related product emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Third parties
Microsoft (authentication and Dataverse API access — governed by your own tenant), and Brevo (email, only if you submit the form). No analytics trackers, no ad pixels, no data resale.
Deletion requests
Email us and we will delete your contact record within 30 days. Since we store nothing else, that is the entirety of your data footprint.
